In case of registration problems via QR code, we have prepared a registration form in excel document format for you.

In response to the submitted application, the Secretariat of the Symposium sends the contracts from RUT for approval and invoices for payment.

Signed scans of the contracts have to be sent to the email address of the Symposium Secretariat (transoilcold-2023@yandex.ru).

Payment of the registration fee must be received by February 28, 2023;

Scanned versions of payment documents should be sent to the email address of the Symposium Secretariat (transoilcold-2023@yandex.ru) by March 1, 2023.
